The room we had over looked the square, it was lovely and quite considering how close we were to the night life. The room itself was clean and well laid out and had everything we needed.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location was great, the staff and communication was excellent.
The room 104 as a non smoker unfortunately had a musty smell like stale cigarettes, there is no ventilation without opening the balcony door which just let the smell of the cigarette bin into the room and made it worse. The shower door is broken and the extraction fan was not working.

There is no reception or staff, only an 'emergency number'. The woman answering that number should not work in hospitality. Grumpy, dismissive, as if I disturb her day. Why not be kind warm welcoming and helpful?
All I wanted to discuss at 4pm is why they were quick to take payment for 2 rooms when I only needed one, but at 5 pm still had no access code to get in to any of 'my 2 rooms'.
