The location of the property is closed to the university. The property is clean and well kept.
Limited parking spaces since it’s first-come first-serve. An extra set of keys would be more convenient to us.

Good location, we were staying as we brought our son to start at the university, we were ideally placed for this.
Clean and comfortable accommodation, quiet even though it’s on a main road and great communication from our hosts.
There were no negatives to our stay, we had a great time.

The arrival instructions were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Good location for getting into town on public transport. Excellent shower.
Damp smell in room, next to the dining room, no blinds in the bathroom, no facility to warm the room even though there was a radiator and the public rooms seemed to be heated. very drafty window next to the bed that let in the noise of traffic and students talking loudly outside during the night and early morning and also the cold.
