Location good. Staff friendly and helpful
Shower was ok but couldn’t get hot water from sink tap! Duvet didn’t cover the bed! Not enough pillows

Great hotel, always have a great stay when in Aberdeen
There was nothing we didn't like

Breakfast was good but it wasn’t clear where everything was eg tea was not next to the coffee
We were initially put in a room which overlooked the exit to the bar across the street. But during the day the noise from people going to and from the bar could be heard. We knew that this would be a lot worse at closing time and would significantly disturb our sleep. We asked to change and were given a room at the back of the hotel which was much quieter

The room was quiet and in a great location
No one on reception on coming in at midnight, no staff around anywhere, no swipe system to get into the lift so anyone could walk in
