The breakfast was lovely and the staff were nice.

Didn't get any sleep with the noise until after 4am. A shame paying so much for no sleep. Didn't feel it was worth what I paid.

I have regular trips to Aberdeen, as my daughter is at RGU, and I love to bring my wee dog. I've stayed a few times now and on all occasions, the room has been beautiful and clean, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is fantastic and your central. My elderly mum often travels with me too and the car park is very useful as she has a disabled badge. All our experiences at your hotel have been Fabulous and totally value for money. I always recommend you. It fulfills all our needs as a family and my wee pooch.

Breakfast had a very good variety of items and was replenished regularly.

My child found a Vaseline container under the bed within minutes of arrival. There was also a glue stick and a pen under the sofa bed. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. When we checked in the reception staff member was not at all welcoming. No greeting, no smile , just told to ‘pay on arrival’. We had to ask for directions to the room and for information about breakfast etc. We arrived with a smile and friendly greeting and faces only rudeness!

Wrong room allocated, had booked twin room n was given double, was told I booked wrong room , 6 men next to us at reception were told the same. Eventually given twin room but not impressed with the male manager, told me several times I booked wrong room. Room clean and warm. Bacon n bread lovely

Poor quality sausages. Both coffee/tea machines not working on first day, one working on second day. Beds very hard n poor quality pillows. Checked website when I came home and had the option to tick double or twin n I had ticked twin but manager adamant not an option

The friendliness of the staff from the minute you walked in right through to your whole stay. The breakfast was good value and was hot. Location was perfect

There was not much however tiredness of the bathroom was showing . It was clean but maybe needed a freshening up in regards to flooring

Newer, softer pillows. Missing channels on the TV, I think your TV tuning could be needing done with the freeview channels.

The room was tiny, we could have booked an apartment for the weekend for £50 more. The sofa in the room was disgusting, stained, ripped and horrible. The parking was awful, spaces were far too small

middle of the night there is lot of noise from the road can't sleep after 3:00 am.

Location was good and breakfast food options were excellent.

Unfortunately the limit for parking is low and so had to pay for parking throughout most of the stay.

The sofa bed was rock hard my son couldn’t sleep on it and my husband woke with a sore back due to it.

It’s ok as a property

The way treat its like horrible experience in my life to stay in hotel no greeting at all just behave like that they are doing favour to allow to stay there , bed are not ready when I ask bed was not ready then they told me that booking. Com has taken wrong booking they don’t clear us how many booking you have and then they give bedsheet and pillows to fix the bed myself through sofa bed as a bed, then I took the photographs and saw in reception then the Girl Maya came and fix the bed. They told breakfast time is till 10 am . When we reach for breakfast 9:10 nothing in breakfasts except few things then my daughter bought pot noodles from counter for breakfast, if I start writing lot of things are there to tell , when I did checkout, I want to say to the staff unfortunately they are busy so they are not bothered at all to listen. Just I feel like myself I am idiot they are not caring at all, I am surprised why holiday inn express given his brand to this hotel. I will highly not recommend

I thought breakfast choices were poor..I was expecting a buffet full of appetising items..it seemed very basic

My bed. The surface of the bed had tufts which I found uncomfortable. The duvet did not fit the cover and the pillow cases felt very stiff

The location was great as it was in the centre of town and breakfast was ok staff was great around breakfast

They ran out of brandy but rest of the night was good

The fold out bed for the kids was absolutely awful and uncomfortable

Couch bed for kids very uncomfortable...feel the springs. Free parking extremely limited...first come first come first serve (I guess). However, commercial parking lot is nearby, and free overnight until 8am. First room had broken couch bed, but manager moved us...after checking the bed for himself 2 times. Didn't trust the customer?

Pleasant staff and room was clean.
