The hosts are absolutely lovely. So organised and friendly. They met me when I arrived and saw me at breakfast each morning. Mary cooks eggs superbly (she even has her own cooking channel which I now follow). The bed was comfy but not overly soft which I like, and the bathroom shower was well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
It was perfect for me (as a vegetarian) but I think there is only one vegan breakfast option.

Great location for university and Athletics Village and room was clean and comfortable. Steven is a great host and breakfast was very good. Only stayed 1 night but great value and would definitely stay again with hesitation.
Next to very busy road with some vibration from buses etc which is not the fault of the property.

Steven and Mary are amazing hosts. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly each morning. Steven was friendly, learning and remembering each guest’s name when speaking to them. F8ndong out about their holiday and offering local tips on places to see, parking etc. The whole house has a homely feel.

Steven was fantastic; very engaging with helpful insight. Brentwood Villa B&B is immediately opposite the main entrance to the University of Aberdeen.
The beds are small and somewhat uncomfortable. Avoid Suites 1&2, along King Street!
Big issue: very noticeable truck vibration, which causes the beds and windows along the street to shake and rattle. Isolation pads between bed and floor (see photo) are ineffective!
While normal passenger car noise is effectively reduced with the extra (Storm) windows, low frequency truck noise (& vibration) is an annoyance (all night).
