The staff were particularly helpful, especially reception and those in the restaurant. A mistake had been made by a member of staff with a restaurant booking, but they went out of their way to rectify this.

Love the hotel location. Comfortable beds, great shower. Stayed in room 130 which is beside a bus stop so no privacy especially when a double decker bus stops. Need to add opaque film to opening windows so curtains can be opened and natural light can come into the room. Also traffic noise was a wee problem on John Street at night.
