Especially the person who worked at the reception(Batis)was very kind..

The 'room' was actually a small apartment consisting of bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, corridor and a spacious balcony.
The hotel is located right at the Promenade des Anglais. If you book sea view you have a great view over the bay. Also the public beach is right across the street.
They offer a small breakfast buffet (20EUR/pax) which we didn't use since the kitchenette is perfect to make your own breakfast (Carrefour Supermarket very close).
The staff is friendly and helpful. Unlike so often in France they also try their best to communicate in English.
The entire hotel is pretty old and this reflects in everything. Its pretty worn but kept in reasonable condition. The downside of Promenade des Anglais right in front of the hotel is the noise. Heavy traffic and reckless drivers make it difficult to have a proper conversation on the balcony especially during daytime until late night.
The adjacent airport with planes landing and starting add to the noise level.

Rooms were spacious for Nice, had AC and elevators (two!) and great location right on the Promenade de Anglais. Full service breakfast in lobby, available to all as a take to go or sit and enjoy.
Nothing, it was a great location and overall property.

Good location. Helpful front desk.
Kind of run down. They lent us a coffee maker; we bought the coffee pods but they didn’t give us any sugar or creamer.
