Secure underground parking for motorcycle.

The room was functional but smaller than expected. Breakfast was ruined by the extremely rude female member of staff. When I asked her to help me with the coffee pod machine she abruptly pushed me to one side, ranted on in French. I felt like I was in her personal kitchen and she didn’t want me or anyone else in there. It was a shame because we’d stayed there before and had a very different experience but I’m sad to say the staff attitude and behaviour lets it down. The hotel receptionist is managing both hotels so found it a little frustrating when you have to call and wait for her to come from the other hotel.

The room was spacious, super clean and well appointed. There was special bicycle storage which was very useful. We had a lovely meal in the attached restaurant.

We chose the hotel because it had secure parking. We were happy to pay and arrived at first check in time if 3pm but there was no parking available, we ended up having to park on the street about a quarter of a mile away - incredibly inconvenient as we had all our luggage and travelling gear with us and were not happy leaving it in the car.
