L'appartement est très bien situé, peu de bruits la nuit provenant de l'exterieur, bien insonorisé, la literie est confortable.
Tous les accessoires (TV, bouilloire..) mis à notre disposition fonctionnaient.
Les joints de douche qui sont vieillissants.

The hotel is very close to many touristic places to visit. The neighbourhood is calm.
The room, bathroom, shower, weren't clean. Some gatherings near the hotel made it a little bit hard to open the window during the night, even though it was really hot.

Breakfast was good (lovely creamy scrambled eggs).
Room very warm, difficult to sleep well. Reception provided an electric fan which helped a little.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection. The room was exactly as described and with a great shower.
The room was too warm at night times, the air con didn’t seem to work very well. Everything else was perfect.

Location boring but only 5 mins walk to good parts so ok.
Room feeling very tired and in need of refurbishment.

It was near the centre so it was close to a supermarket, tram stop and shuttlebus. There were cooking facilities and cutlery which made the apartment more comfortable.

It was perfectly situated for the purpose of my trip. I was going to a gig at the Cite de Congrès which was less than 5 minutes walk way. Equally there were bars and restaurants within the same walking distance.

The bed and the fact it comes with its own kitchen. The location was great too.
The bathroom did not have hand soap.

I liked the location which was very close to my son’s apartment.
One of the front desk employees was not very nice. Also, when I checked out, it was discovered that my card had been overcharged but they were unable to refund the card. They had to give me Euros (which are useless to me in the US).

The bathroom/toilet wasn’t clean and had a very bad smell.

English speaking staff. Location near the harbour. Carrefour nearby. Dishwasher.
Only one piece of each item in the kitchenette (mug, bowl etc.). No socket near bed.

I stayed here with my dog after arriving at Nantes Airport and before continuing my journey the next day. It was fine for this purpose but would not be comfortable for a longer stay. I was not charged the pet deposit, possibly because I arrived after reception closed. There were other dog owners staying with their pets, so it seems popular for this purpose.
