Great location, charming room

Not their fault but since it’s central it can get quite noisy

The hotel was easy accessible to the local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel staff were very pleasant and forthcoming with information regarding things to do and providing anything needed to making our stay very enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable with an updated bathroom & toilet area. The only downside for me was the lighting in the room which was too dim and the WiFi was a little temperamental!

This hotel is located just off the main square in Graslin area, at the end of the street. It is easy to access the main parts of the city to include Ile de Machines. The hotel was quiet, small and comfortable and the staff could not to enough for you. The breakfast is in a glass roofed part of the hotel and included hot and cold items providing a good selection. Our room was ready ahead of time but they were happy to hold luggage in the meantime. We were located at the front of the building with a street view which was quiet. The room was compact and bijou with tea/coffee facilities. The hotel was nicely decorated and had a small lounge where you could sit and read located near the lifts. We absolutely loved our two day stay and the staff were very accommodating and happy to advise about what the city can offer. We would definitely recommend.

Please note the room did not have air con but a fan was already in situ and you could open the window if required. It’s a minor comment as far as we are concerned as we had a great stay.
