We had two double rooms on the second floor. The rooms were basic, compact and comfortable. Good for staying in Nantes as a tourist to discover the city for an affordable price. The location is excellent and rather on a quieter side of the city. The staff was very friendly during arrival and leaving the hotel. We did not eat breakfast at this location as we preferred to discover the possibilities of the city itself.

The hotel staff were good, the location very convenient, the breakfast was very pleasant.
you cant drive (or in my case ride a motorcycle) to the front door. The front door is well within a pedestrian only area.
The hotel is shown as having parking. I had to source my own secure parking, but in fairness it wasn't too far away. this issue just needs to be a bit more transparent.
4th floor corridor carpet badly stained or unclean. The room felt a bit dusty
