We have stayed here twice. The location is fantastic, as well as the accommodations.

Excellent location in the city center, just across from tram stops. The staff was very helpful, and since arrived on a bike, I liked the early check-in time. Safe bike lockup in a nearby garage.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The window/balcony is gorgeous and the staff was super nice and welcoming. The location is also great, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, it's a few minutes from the "centre-ville", and there are some great bars and restaurants nearby.
I wish the bathroom offered more toiletries.

it was near a very good restaurant.
It’s in a very noisy area and my room was not in the main building, but around the corner. This meant walking alone at night. There are also large cables laying in a heap in front of the door (I’m not sure of their purpose) and a bicycle stand, all of which you have to navigate to enter this annex.

Location is perfect in the centre of Toulouse. BEDS ARE SO COMFY. So clean and very Nice staff.

Great position, at the limit of the pedestrial zone and very close to the tram stop. Spacious room and bathroom for a small hotel.

3 person room is good enough for sleep.
Shower gets hot fast and great pressure.
No AC with 3 people is a little hot in the room.

The bed is not good at all. It makes a lot of noise. All my body was painful after I woke up in the morning. Bad quality bed. The hotel was clean, room clean, bathroom and toilet also clean and nice. I have been there many time but this time the bed is in bad quality.
I think they could change the bed please

Just stayed one night, but happy with our choice. Staff were very helpful and able to accommodate an early check in which was good. Room was of a reasonable size and nice and quiet. WiFi worked well for us.

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly.
You have to park across the road at a multi storey car park, but it’s only 8€ with a card the hotel provide. That appears to be a ‘city’ thing.
