Room was very clean, staff is friendly and professional especially Claudiu who was very helpful and kind. We also got a free room upgrade which was not expected and a nice surprise. It's very close to M14 metro station and to a small park.
Breakfast options could be changed once every few days (we had one night through booking and 3 through another platform)

Nice, spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows especially. Loved the pool and sauna. Great variety of food for breakfast. Great location - right around the corner from Bercy Village where one can find many shops, restaurants and the metro station.
Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00 but I had to wait over 40 minutes until I was finally given a different room. The lady that checked me in didn't give me much information upon arrival. My friends staying in another room were told that they get a welcome drink which I never heard about (something I would have appreciated in the over 30 minute wait), and she didn't tell me about the breakfast times, etc. I would have appreciated better customer service and information for a first-time guest.

The reception staff were so friendly and very helpful with the check-in, hotel and local information.
The room provided great refreshments and fresh bottled water. The beds were comfortable, and the best pillows I've ever slept in at a hotel (memory foam) and the towels soft and fluffy, not hard and over starched.
The breakfast was amazing, great selection and variety and egg station to cook eggs any way you want. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive.
The pool and wellness area is beautiful and clean, pool temperature great.
Not much we didn't like. The pool booking system was different though, hadn't expected to use the pool via a booking system and only 1 hour per guest per day. Although it does make the experience more quiet and private, which is nice, but booking in means you need to plan your day around it cos the time you want to go to the pool might not be available.

The outside view. And two staff were exceptional - the waitress, Jennifer and the Front Desk staff, Ofili.
The rugs in the rooms are dusty and dirty. Majority of the staff were unfriendly. The food was bad.
