Staff were friendly and clear at check in, we stayed in a family room which had double plus sofa bed which was more like 2 doubles so that worked really well. We left early for a train from Gare de Lyon (about 10-15min walk away) so didn't have the breakfast.

Only two cups for tea/coffee (there were 4 of us in the room) and no milk!

Hotel muy bueno. La situación fantástica. Muchas opciones para ir a los lugares más importantes de Paris. La limpieza perfecta, desayuno variado. En recepción muy amables y con el idioma ningún problema. Nos dejaron las maletas guardadas el último día para poder ir a visitar más cosas. Un acierto

Ottima posizione , quartiere residenziale tranquillo e pieno di locali e ristoranti . Fermata M6 a 200 mt.fermata M14 a 10mt (purtroppo chiusa per lavori durante il ns soggiorno). Camera quadrupla abbastanza spaziosa Bagno separato da WC: poco convenzionale ma comunque non ha creato disagio. In camera presenti prodotti per la doccia / bagno . Colazione eccellente e molto varia Personale super cordiale e disponibile Ambiente molto piacevole . Tornerei sicuramente e consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Posizione perfetta per i concerti all'Accor Arena, servito dalla metropolitana e con di fronte tantissime brasserie per colazione e cena dopo concerto. In camera anche una macchina nel caffè Nespresso, davvero comoda per un primo caffè appena svegli Consigliatissimo

Il bagno e abbastanza scomodo, avere il wc separato dal lavandino non è una grande idea. Nella parte wc inoltre mancava lo scopino

Room had paint falling down from the sealing and staff were a nightmare. The manager was as horrible to deal with as anyone could be.

Plus de mini bar, plus d’eau dans les chambres sous prétexte de réchauffement climatique 😂le comble ! Petit déjeuner qui finit en réalité avant 9 h 30. Donc j’ai payé un petit déjeuner pour rien ! Pas le temps de se reposer quand on se couche tard et de déjeuner le matin !

Ontbijt was goed. Hotel was goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. Ligt direct naast de accord arena, waardoor wij na het concert maar 2 minuten hoefde te lopen naar het hotel.

Lors du paiement du parking, je fais sans contact,on me dit que ce n’est pas passé, dont je met dans le lecteur, sur la route du retour chez moi je vois que j’ai payé 2 fois, j’appelle, on me dit d’envoyer un mail, JAMAIS EU DE RÉPONSE ! un scandale! du vol !

Insonorisation, Bercy juste en face du coup il est suceptible d'avoir du bruit. Mais bon la situation geographique de l hotel fait que, c est vraiment pour avoir un point negatif

Nous n’avons reçu qu’une seule carte. Quand nous en avons reçu une deuxième, elle a désactivé la deuxième. Après trois aller-retours pour réactiver nos cartes respectives, et cette explication saugrenue, le constat a été fait que la borne carte ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas.

Idealement situé pour les concerts de Bercy. Le personnel agreable et pro. Le petit dejeuner copieux.

Location was acceptable because of the proximity to the metro.

They charged more than what was the price on booking. The difference was the tax, they claimed the tax was changed but could not articulate how they hadn’t informed booking.com or myself. The manager was supposed to contact me with an explanation but nothing of the sort happened. On top of that the room had multiple issues: paint was falling from the sealing and none of the usb sockets were in working order. Managerial staff were the main issue, unprofessional and poor team players they kept blaming the staff for their mistakes.
