Access to busses and Ubons were excellent. Very comfortable bed and quite quiet. A very nice, big grocery store and deli 5 minutes away.
Fridge didn't work. The restaurant and bar didn't have a schedule so there was no way of knowing when it actually would be open.

The shower was good.
Staff was not very helpful and hardly interested in the guests.
The double bed was very small and the bathroom was very very tiny.
Breakfast: there were hardly any options for people with allergies or food intolerance. Also, there were not many vegetables available. I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel.
