Ein Hotel in München im Grünen mit Balkon und trotzdem in nur 20 Minuten mit den Öffis in der Innenstadt- das hat schon was! Das Zimmer waren sehr ordentlich aber leider teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück gab es in einem netten wintergartenähnlichen Raum und war in Ordnung. Das Personal dort war sehr herzlich und freundlich! Großes Lob! Wir werden wiederkommen!

Einige Möbel gehören wirklich einfach ausgetauscht! Und das Bild an der Wand- naja über Geschmack läßt sich streiten. Vielleicht wäre ein schönes Schwarzweißphoto von München die bessere Wahl. Die Garage ist recht eng und und für größere Fahrzeuge nicht zu empfehlen

The location is great: the transport system in Munich is awesome, so you can get to the cite centre in 15-20 minutes. The breakfast is a bit better than a standard hotel one: it includes fresh croissants and some fancy salads. The in-room kitchen is well equipped for an apart-hotel. There is a huge supermarket across the street.

The WiFi-connection often drops due to ssl problems what can be easily fixed usually. Hope that hotel call an internet-person in the nearest time. The gym is very fun: there are no barbells and there are only the following dumbbells: a pair of 4-kg dumbbells, a 9-kg and an 6-kg without a pair, a pair of collapsible dumbbells but without plates clamps :) At the same time they have 4 benches :D At the same time, there is a good equipment for leg training

It‘s relatively good value, considering it‘s relatively central and affordable.

I honestly don’t understands where the good reviews are coming from. The building it not well maintained and there are several marks of depreciation everywhere. Worse of all our toilet flush didn’t work correctly and even though the facility manager was informed, it wasn’t fixed. There is no air conditioner and the bathroom was like 40 degrees hot at anytime. I absolutely can‘t recommend this place.

Great location. Great bakery and hofBräuhaus just up the street, and supermarket down on the corner. old town is a 20 minute tram ride away

Can be a little noisy since sound travel when everything is otherwise quiet at night, but then I’m a light sleeper

The breakfast was adequate for my needs.

I like bacon, sausage and mushrooms and I was disappointed not to see them.

The boss of the hotel was very aggressive towards us. First the receptionist mistakenly assured us (several times) that breakfast is for us included (although we ordered a room without breakfast). When we then min good faith had our promised breakfast, the boss came and literally cried us: YOU HAVE TO PAY!!! He did´n´t have patience to explain politely, that the receptionist had mistaken and unfortunately we have to pay for the breakfast. When I referred to the statement of the receptionist he shouted and behaved not in the best way. - The receptionists behaved instead very well.

Very clean room and good crew All of then speaking English, and very friendly
