The warmth of the people who welcomed me upon my arrival. And the bedsheets were super comfortable. Also a big plus for me
Was the fact that they let me check in two hours earlier without any additional cost.
Nothing I didn’t like. Maybe my room had a quite small bathroom which is okay but when taking the shower the whole floor was wet. Maybe a sliding shower wall would be fantastic.

Great location and very friendly staff.
Did not use any of the extra facilities or breakfast.
Room overall is clean and functional.
Parking is a 10-15min walk away in a garage that is open to the public (hotel has a slightly reduced fee)
Stayed during one of Europe's heatwaves this summer and there is no AC in the room - you can open a window.
Room is starting to show signs of age. The bathroom particularly so, had some loose panelling and tiling for example.
The double bed is really two single mattresses (relatively common in Switzerland) which may be annoying for some.
On weekends there is a bit of noise out onto the street but this is to be expected give the very central location.

It was hot Summer and room is only with Fan. I wasn't expecting a hotel with no A/C for the money that I paid.
