Gute zentrale Lage, die Zimmer bieten alles was man braucht. Großer Vorteil, ausgezeichnetes hauseigenes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Beim Frühstück ist das anwesende Personal, freundlich und engagiert, trotzdem aber maßlos überfordert. Das hat zur Folge, dass fehlende/s Brot, Brötli und Gipfeli etc. teilweise nicht zeitnah nachgereicht werden.

The location was perfect just right in front of the train station. Also there’s a restaurant beside the hotel and the supermarket Coop was very near the hotel. The view was spectacular and the breakfast was very delicious .They also have sauna which it’s another plus for.

Location and food were brilliant. Even a washlet/electronic bidet has provided in the bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were also found in the wardrobe without additional charge.
The receptionist was very helpful by telling me due to heavy snowfall, I should park my car in the indoor car park opposite of the street, instead of outside of the hotel’s parking area on the slope. Much appreciated for his advice that we could drive off without hassle.
During our stay, there was also an option to upgrade to 5 courses dinner for 65.-/adult. It was very delicious and the chef even came to greet us.

Great location, literally next to the train & bus station. It's a small town. So pretty much close to everything. Breakfast selection is good and with beautiful views to the mountains.

Location in front of bus station hence to much noise, on the other hand cigarettes smoke was killing us from the bar in the ground floor, bathroom is too small

This hotel is literally 20 step from the train station and another 20 to the bus station. So convenient location for all the activities in the Jungfrau area.
The hotel is very charming traditional alp hotels with that lovely Mountain View.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The stuff is amazing. Big thank you to Jessica, Ahmed and everyone working who made our stay so pleasant and remarkable. We felt us so welcomed. Will definitely come back!

The is very conveniently located right next to the Grindelwald train station and right opposite to Grindelwald busy stop too.
Overall good property but flies are there everywhere, not just in the hotel but the Grindelwald village itself wherever we go. Hotel staff has provided fan but that helped to some extend but could not eliminate it.

The hotel is at a prime location. It has an excellent view from the balcony, restaurant and just in front of the Eiger. they offer a very good European breakfast.
The hotel room doesn't have even a kettle. No provision to make a tea or coffee in the room. I expect this to be basic in any hotel rooms.
The bed was the worst part. They have twin beds not a single double bed. The bed will get separated and very good chances of a person falling in the middle of the night.

The location was ideal as it was close to the train station and other restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good service. The room was also very nice and excellent.
The parking was not exactly next to the hotel.

Staff at front desk ( Jessica ) who was extremely polite and helpful- location was just out of the world too good- buffet breakfast could have been better but Stephen was a great help there and Housekeeping staff and their supervisor were excellent

the hotel is excellent, 2 mins walk from the train station, stunning mountain view from the hotel room, the spa facilities are brand new and well equipped.

Staff were friendly, we arrived early and they helped us to store our luggage and by the time we came back it’s already been delivered to our room! the breakfast has many varieties and we had a very pleasant stay

very close to train station. our Eiger view room had wonderful view of the Eiger mountain (room with balcony). Amenities provided were sufficient. you can feel this is a family oriented business run by a family as the whole ambience of the hotel is like visiting friends and family.
couldn’t say anything bad about this place except the elevator is a bit small but even with that size we could make it work with two trips to the room with our luggage.

Room pictures in the hotel website and Booking are totally different than in reality. There are 2 parts of hotel. The renovated part of htoel is shown in marketing materials.
