The staff was so wonderful at check in and very thorough with all the stay detail and opportunities within the hotel. Spa services were exceptional. Phenomenal steam room. We hit the hot tub every night. We loved our room. View was AMAZING!!! Absolutely Breathtaking. Loved our balcony. We will stay here again. The owner has a bar and recommended an excellent whisky for a night cap. Breakfast was very good. They had a lot of variety as well as they will make you hot eggs and bacon. So close to the train but you never hear it!!!! Amazing!

Location, super good, 3 min walk to the train station, can even see the station from your room, and right inside the Grinderwald city centre.
Parking access, just 10CHF per day, I think very reasonable.
Breakfast is good and have many choices, very nice view.
Room view is amazing, open the window and you see the beautiful mountain from your room.
Thanks to the host, we arrive 5min later than 9pm, they did not charge us for the late checkin fee, thank you.
They have sauna/steam room/Spa, very nice!!! we were the only one using for summer, they still open up for us, very kind of them.
Need to bring the cash CHF if you are paying lower than 50CHF.
After 9pm, they have late check-in charge, please be aware.

Location is great, Hotel is good.
However, the staff have to be more friendly, especially in the Reception and Breakfast
