Love this facility. Its location is very convenient. Restaurant is good. The beds and the split bedrooms for our family of 4 are fantastic. Balcony facing the street allowed us to watch the Street performance and people walking by. And we can actually get a glimpse of the Matterhorn right from the balcony!

Nicely decorated and clean room, with a balcony and Matterhorn views.
Lovely property in a prime location in the heart of Zermatt.
Great breakfast with lots of options.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Fondu in the onsite restaurant was great although a little pricey.
No tea, coffee or kettle in the room.
No shuttle bus.
No air-conditioning.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to the expected standard.
In addition, housekeeping did not replenish basic amenities such as tissues during room servicing. After the room was made up, I also found my children's clothes left on the floor, which was disappointing and gave the impression of a lack of attention to detail.
