Nice facilities including steam room and sauna. Hotel and room very clean and well maintained.
A little bit of a hike to old town, Zermatt, but cabs are readily available.

Outstanding stay! Beyond the beautiful view of the Matterhorn, the space was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the included taxi ride upon arrival and departure, the friendly staff and the included breakfast to start off our days!
It wasn't a big deal but the walk uphill from town was a little tiring. That said, it was more important for us to be away from the heart of the town and enjoy peace and quiet.

The room was comfortable and big, and the hotel is lovely. Staff is very friendly. I also liked the complimentary taxi service for arrival and departure (this is for 2+ nights stay) because the hotel is on a hill. The views are amazing.
