The hotel has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, and the location is excellent, close to the main attractions and transport links in Interlaken. The room was comfortable and spacious, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast offered a good variety.
Some areas of the hotel and the room felt slightly dated and could benefit from renovation. Considering the price, we also expected a more luxurious overall experience.

Breakfast was great and really friendly staff!
The hotel was tired
Rooms were okay, lighting was an issue and it lacked in plug sockets for charging (none by the side of beds)
