View of the snow capped mountains from the room made it very scenic. The balcony in the room provided a good spot to sit as a family and enjoy.
Location was good with easy access to the train station.
No tea or coffee was provided in the room.

The staff was courteous. The place was modern and clean. The amenities and breakfast were great. We booked an apartment with Mountain View and it was the perfect view.

The vicinity is great. Right at the center of Interlaken’s best view. The place is ideal for the view of the place and is very pleasing to the eyes.

Location is superb, near the restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and having a nice space. All cooking items/tools are provided in the kitchenette.
The hotel also have a room for kids to play after busy day with their families.
