Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Sonne Interlaken war absolut fantastisch. Das Hotel liegt in einer malerischen Umgebung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und sie gaben sich alle Mühe, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt angenehm war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Es gibt viele Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, und das Hotel bietet auch einen Fahrradverleih für diejenigen, die die Gegend auf zwei Rädern erkunden möchten. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Sonne Interlaken wärmstens empfehlen. Es übertraf unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht und trug dazu bei, unseren Aufenthalt in Interlaken unvergesslich zu machen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wieder hier zu übernachten!

No AC, but we did like the fan and the balconies.

Location was good. Front desk associate Mr Nitin was professional and knowledgeable. He was really helpful and right person to discuss about the Interlaken attractions.

Our flight was delayed and I informed the hotel that we will arrive late. When we arrived no one was there to greet. We had issues entering the hotel and the room and had to call the property. Owner of the property came to help but he was very rude and non professional behaviour. Room was smelly.

Living in Hotel Sonne gave me perfect travelling experiences especially hotel owner Mr. Chirag's kind help made my two days' staying at Interlaken full of happy memories. The room is very clean with nice mountain view , convenient transportation and hotel provides whole day's coffee and warm water, I changed my travel plan and followed Mr Chirag's suggestions and went to Zermatt where the mountain in the pic at hotel lobby is, which brought me the most amazing view ever! I'll surely stay at Sonne again if I'll have the chance to go to Interlaken and I strongly recommend you to choose Sonne. I left a bar of chocolate there and hopefully you'll have the chance to taste it :)

It was quiet

The bed is too soft, far from everywhere, no food or restaurant around the hotel during weekend

Although the hotel was not exactly at the city centre, it's just a 20-minute walk. And the bus stop was at the opposite of the hotel. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

I found the soundproofing of the rooms not that effective. I could hear footsteps coming from the floor above. If the other guests are noisy in the hallway, that can be an issue, too.

Absolutely amazing food and perfect location to commute either side of stations west or ost interlaken. Great connectivity.

It is definitely on the expensive side if booked in peak season
