Verunsicherung als am Abend vor der Abreise zwei der drei Aufzüge gesperrt waren. Langes Warten durch Benutzen der Notfalltreppe vermieden.

Sauberkeit war unzureichend. Dusche in Badewanne nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Kein Bidet, Klopapier dieser Preisklasse nicht angemessen. Organisation der Zimmerreinigung am Abreisetag chaotisch. Das alles bei einem Hotel der 4 Sterne Superior Klasse mit Preisen > 300 € / Nacht…

Das Hotel ist sehr interessant gestaltet und vor allem an heißen Sommertagen sehr kühlend. Die Lage war toll, alles in der Nähe und mit der U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Es gab sogar Smoothie und regionales Obst. Das Personal war sehr nett. Zum Frühstück gab es sogar heiße Schokolade.

Super Frühstück. Tolle Qualität und für jeden etwas dabei. Tolles Ambiente. Lage war ebenfalls perfekt, kurze Wege zum Stage Theater, zum Park, sowie zu den Landungsbrücken. Auf ist die Anbindung an den HBF super.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel, da wir abends zu einem Geburtstag eingeladen waren. Die Lage des Hotels war für diesen Zweck perfekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausnehmend freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Da wir nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel waren, haben wir uns für ein Classic-Zimmer entschieden. Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich war fleckig, die Schiebegardine für das Fenster war eingerissen und ließ sich nur schwer zuziehen und die mittige Steckdose, an der eine Tischlampe und ein Wasserkocher eingesteckt waren, war funktionsunfähig. Somit ließ sich die Lampe nicht einschalten und der Wasserkocher musste an einer anderen Steckdose eingesteckt werden, um ihn nutzen zu können. Hinzu kam, dass es in dem Zimmer recht kühl war und es keine Heizfunktion gab. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht auf eine wärmere Temperatur regeln, auch das Bad war nicht heizbar. Für einen Übernachtungspreis von 256,50 € inkl. Frühstück für eine Nacht hätten wir uns etwas mehr Komfort und Gemütlichkeit gewünscht.

Die (Innen)Architektur dieses Hamburger Mövenpick Hotels im ehemals größten Wasserturm Europas ist einfach einmalig! Besonders faszinierend finde ich das/die Badezimmer mit riesigem Innenfenster, von wo aus frau/man direkt auf ein ebenso großes Bett mit wunderbar angenehmer Matratze schaut. Puere Genuss für alle Sinne!

Dass ich nur eine Nacht bleiben konnte und mir aus diversen und vor allem zeitlichen Gründen kein Frühstück leisten konnte.

Location and the estetics, very cool

Parking garage was very tight and only had one electric car charger for 25-30 parkingspots.

Great location and a very nice hotel to stay.

The staff/ service is not good. It took line over half an hour to check in the morning and there were even more people in a queue. I’ve never seen anything like this.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff! We stayed here for my boyfriends Birthday and the staff made our stay perfect, they were so friendly and welcoming! The bar staff were especially lovely to us!

Overall, we've enjoyed staying at Movenpick. The location is convenient to reach the other parts of the city. If you'd need to snack at night, you're able to reach the restaurants and other options. Breakfast was great. Yegane checked us in, and she was welcoming and friendly. We had a room towards the upper floors with a view of the city.

Noise isolation let us down. On one of the days, there was some sort of a party going on, and we ended up having to listen to some music we'd rather not, until midnight. The windows were closed, but there was no way to save ourselves from the music, presumably coming from the park nearby.

Lovely rooms and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and i loved the unique property.

please be aware that location is not good at all and rooms are not comfortable and good ,with such price there is lot of good option to stay in Hamburg….maybe you wonder how I give such a low rate but I am sure after you stay then will agree with me that it is not worth the price that you pay..

Excellent Breakfast, wonderful view. Staff friendly & helpful. Great location. 2 minutes to station, 5 minutes to Sternviertel which has great bars & restaurants.

One of the escalators not working so after 24 hour flight had to push my suitcase up ramp. Our 15 floor room was great but no air circulation until we requested to have 2 windows opened slightly. Handles removed so unable to do it by self.

The place is amazing, they kept the atmosphere of the old building but filled it with modern interiors. The experience in general is great and the view from the windows in the room is excellent, due to the fact that the hotel is already on the hill. Room was in perfect condition, fresh and clean. The breakfast was great and diverse.

It looks fantastic and has great views. Rooms are quiet and beds are very comfortable. views from the rooms are superb too.

Only 2 issues, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner wasn’t replenished after our first night. On checkout there is a need to wait in long queues. surely this could be automated.
