The property is perfect, you have everything inside.

The cleaning service directly enter the room without permission, that’s happen when check out time, usually check out time is at 12.00 PM, I didnt know in germany is at 11.00 PM, the room type is mezzanine, I am at second floor I hear that a cleaning service knocked on the door. I am walking down to come but he is already open my room and get in. I said he cannot enter the room with no permission, then the lady time tell me about check out time is 11.00 PM. btw, there is a phone, why didnt call my room number to say that? Why he come directly to my room. U can do a call and reminder me about check out time, not directly come inside.

Bellissima struttura. Molto nuova. in posizione centrale per raggiungere il lungofiume Niederhafen. È tutto automatizzato sia il check in sia il check out. Vicino anche a un piccolo supermercato.

We initially booked this apartment because it had two floors and one of us needed to work remote for a day while the other could sleep until later. It definitely worked perfectly for that purpose but more than that it was a really nice apartment and we loved it. Amazing location in the city, two bathrooms (one on each floor), very clean, modern and elegant. The blinds also block all of the light which is great and doesn’t happen everywhere.

If you are expecting a normal level of hotel service, this property is not to be recommended. Nowhere in the description does it mention that the rooms are only cleaned every three days, and if you would like a daily cleaning it costs an extra €15 a day. Considering the price of the rooms this is totally unacceptable. The windows and other glass surfaces in the room were smeared with dirt and hand prints and had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the very unfriendly staff. Upon arrival I asked at the reception desk for assistance with the check-in procedure, which involved a needlessly complicated self check-in machine. As I slightly criticized the check-in procedure, the staff member told me "Well then, you should have booked a different hotel." Once again, nowhere in the description on Booking.com does it mention that guests can only check in to the property using a machine, and the complete lack of understanding and rude comments from a staff member have no place in the hospitality industry. For the level of "service" offered the rooms should be much cheaper, or the lack of service should be clearly written in the hotel description on Booking.com, so that potential guests do not think that they that they are booking a hotel with a normal level of service.
