Great location, excellent restaurant, cosy. Nice beds. Great staff!
No hotelbar.

The hotel is quite average, and a bit run down.
Breakfast was good.
Maybe it was because I was there on the hottest week in decades: but the lack of an airconditioner on the top floor, under the roof, is a serious oversight. Only the few quiet hours of the night on the busy street at which the hotel lies provide a little cooling.

Fabulous location for Wilhelmstrasse festival. Easy walk to train station too. Nice room, comfy bed, tidy bathroom.
No complaints

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our room was clean even if we didn't want service. The rooms that I saw were medium to large size rooms.
This hotel needs AC!! Even with the rooms that had an AC unit, it wasn't enough to cool the room. We had two fans to assist with the cooling. I do appreciate the staff switching our first room to an AC room. I was wanting a refund because it was just too hot and my health would not have been able to deal with that.

"Posizione comoda vicina al centro, ottima la possibilità di parcheggio poiché in città è difficile trovare, personale gentile e disponibile, camera spaziosa e pulita."
