Very good location, decent room size
Parking is a bit difficult, but parking garage is very near by

The facilities are relatively new and modern to ensure a comfortable stay.
An Asian lady working at the front desk had a very rigid attitude and tone when talking with the guests. While she / hotel had made a mistake on our invoice and we were clarifying it with her, her tone sounded like police questioning suspects. Probably she should not work as a hotel front desk but rather as custom officer or police personnel. And her attitude surely ruined our overall good impression on the hotel, when checking out.

The room was comfortable and looked good
At first I was given the key that opened the door of a room that was already taken: I heard TV working and saw other people’s stuff. It was super confusing. Also, I was very nervous afterwards when I got a new key, that someone else can get the key to my room. The stuff did not explain the mistake anyhow, they just said it’s not possible and gave me a new key.
One more weird thing - there was a small plant in a pot staying near my new room and some other rooms around. No idea why and what for. I moved it to some other door as it freaked me out

Apartment was good not a problem.
I paid 150€ as a deposit. After checking out Which I did get refunded still today in my account. They told me it will be refunded automatically. I am completely disappointed. I don’t know how to reach them in person.

"Va bene, è stato tutto perfetto , cose di normale amministrazione, tutto mi è piaciuto, personale ok, dalla A-alla zeta. Quindi anche in Wiesbaden, non ho provato disagio, la mia impressione e opinion..."
