La habitación era pequeña pero suficiente, estaba muy limpia. El personal muy agradable, nos dieron información y ayuda para movernos por la ciudad. Nos dieron una tarjeta de visitante y teníamos descuentos o entradas gratis en algunos museos y en el transporte público de la ciudad. El desayuno era correcto.
No había hervidor de agua. Este detalle es algo cómodo sobre todo para cuando llegas por la noche a la habitación poder tomarte una infusión relajante.

Great, central location. Very clean (shared bathrooms but had two on our floor to ourselves!) The breakfast was delicious and the fresh croissants were some of the nicest we’ve had! We also had a sink in the room on top of the shared bathrooms which was ideal plus for a triple room, there were 3 very comfy beds!
Would have been nice to have a tea-making facility in the room.

Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde, kahvaltısı var, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve oda çok geniş ve temizdi. Ayrıca yastığımızın üstüne minik çikolata koymuşlar. Çok tatlı bir jestti.

Location was great. Close to transport and other major sightseeing attractions.
Breakfast was amazing all the staff on breakfast were friendly and the food was always topped up.
The beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and clean.
Some staff who were on reception were very helpful and friendly but others were rude, abrupt and made you feel like your question was not worth their time to answer.
You had to look at who was on reception first to then decide if you would bother asking for assistance or not.

I stayed in a single room. The bathroom had a very bad smell. It spread to the whole room.
My friends stayed in a triple room. Their room smelled, too.
The smell was intolerable.
The afternoon receptionist was very helpful and nice.
The morning staff who served breakfast was very blunt.

It was very good. The concierge was helpful. We like the location. It was clean and the breakfast was good too. Enjoyed the cut bread and boiled eggs.
The suitcase rack in the room was not strong enough. There was no kettle in the room to make a drink. We couldn’t go out for a drink because the weather was raining, so we drank water. Afterwards, the concierge told us we could have cups to get hot water.

Nice and clean hotel, lovely service and helpful staff who advised us where to go and eat. Don’t expect luxury but a nice 3 star hotel with good breakfast.

The location was great! It is very close to the train station, beds were super comfortable, and staff were very helpful. The town is beautiful and fun to walk around.
There is no air conditioning but you can open the window and a fan is provided.

Very basic hotel; no seating or lounge area.It is more like hostel accomodation;no comfortable area to relax; poor value for prices charged.Breakfast basic and served in most functional space.

the breakfast is more what in an American motel it is called free refreshments; not a real breakfast more like a couple of basic things to curb your hunger. hob does not work for safety issues

it is near to the train station and good for one night pit stop. Receptionist behaviour was very good.

Good breakfast, quite rooms, Hotel is above modern shops and as a result breakfast area rather compact to eat in if everybody comes in at once.
The entrance is around the back of the building so look for sign and follow directions

Excellent location, just few minutes walking from the train station. Good place to spend the night while you wait for the Bernina Express. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The facilities are super clean.

A great place to stay for a night or two. The bathrooms were shared for the whole floor but everything was perfectly clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

For an affordable hotel this was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast. Switzerland is very expensive but this was great value for money.
For the price compared with other hotels, nothing could have been better. It exceeded my expectations.

Within 10 minutes from the station and close to shops this was very convenient hotel. Reception was efficient and facilities all worked well including the shower and wifi. Breakfast was good and included cold meats, cheese, fruit and yoghurts.
