Room was large, clean and bed comfortable - everything we needed for a night stopover
Location is not central - bear in mind it’s a separate train stop plus a 10 minute walk or a bus trip to Chur central station. There is a shopping mall and restaurants, Coop right beneath the hotel but other than that not much around.

Agreed to prolong check out (which I didn’t use since it was not long enough to make sense of the event I had)
Very hot shower
Although the hotel advertises itself as four-star, it felt closer to three. The facilities are lovely, but the service and amenities were disappointing: no coat or slippers were provided, and even the welcome drink wasn’t automatic - you had to turn a wheel to get it (if you’re lucky- I wasn’t). Staff didn’t ask how my stay was but immediately charged CHF 24 for a breakfast I hadn’t pre-booked. Here they were very attentive… The room itself was very comfortable, but the overall experience felt impersonal and unwelcoming.
