Great location, friendly check in and outstanding breakfast, great variety and gluten free rolls
Unfortunately the jacuzzi in the room didn’t work

The restaurant had amazing views down the valley and the food was excellent. We used the standard restaurant not the fine dining one.
We asked for a room down the valley - but were on the wrong side of the hotel.

Beautiful location, spacious room and an amazing shower.
The food was delicious and it was helpful that there were English speaking staff.
Nothing really but a bit odd that there was a hot water bottle in the bathroom but no kettle to fill it.

Nice view as long as not looking at heavy industries in the valley
No WiFi in our room which is poor. General vibe of the hotel was not welcoming. Bathroom poorly designed with no towel rail. No head board on bed. No coffee or tea or water facilities in room. Very utilitarian decor. Definitely not a four star hotel in our opinion. Fine for a night. Really disappointed as I had expected more.
