After an early morning trip, we arrived feeling quite tired, so the complimentary beer offered by the hotel was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We would also like to thank the lovely lady at the spa. Even though we didn’t have enough time to make use of the pool and spa facilities, we stopped by for a quick visit and she made us feel very welcome with her warm smile and hospitality.

Good location, nice looking hotel.

Some of the younger members of staff were very abrupt verging on rode and not client centric. The hotel advertises as having room service but other than breakfast they offer no other food or room service which is very poor for a 5 star hotel. The first room we had was on the fifth floor which is just under the rooftop bar so the music could be heard at a very loud volume, we asked where the noise was coming from and they kindly offered to move us as they said it goes on until 3am each night at the weekend, the second room was much better but the air conditioning didn’t work, they fixed it the following day. Given it’s a 5 star lose shower fittings, broken plugs, leaking shower screen, broken in room phone etc are things you just don’t expect. Breakfast was really good with lots of options.
