Great location with excellent outside seating areas. Very helpful reception staff.

Our room was opposite the lift doors and the hotels only snack and drink vending machine which made for disrupted night's sleep.

Charging 10 Euros for the parking space / applying to booking.com guests. When you book directely the room is a bit cheaper and the parking space is free..... Charching your e-car is possible. It costs 15 € flat - doesnt matter if you charge 5 minutes or all night :)

Our room was a bit too much noisy. There was a door between it and the adjacent room and every noise coming from the neighbours was heard loudly. Same for the cleaning ladies activities in the early morning

Everything was so clean and comfortable . We arrived at midnight and were welcomed by a very nice man , he was really kind and attentive . Big room, confortable bed, big bathroom ... perfect breakfast Top!

Would really appreciate to have a little bottle of water in the room :)

It is an Italian 4-star hotel. It was a nice view from the room. Staff were friendly. Good hotel for the value for money

When we arrived AC was running for maximum the temperature in the room was 30 degrees. Instead to fix it hotel just turned it of. While the night was hot, we opened the window in we had mosquitos. The shower was running water from both showerheads. To fix this problem hotel sent a guy at 7 p.m. And he wasn't a hotel worker. Didn't like that. We asked to fix a shower after we leave the hotel.
