Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Bosphorus

I had an excellent overall experience during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located with very easy access to key destinations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. The room offered a pleasant view, which further enhanced the comfort and enjoyment of the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It would be great to have more variety in the breakfast options, especially for guests staying for more than two days. Offering different dishes each morning would provide a more enjoyable experience and better cater to longer-staying guests. Special thanks to the gentleman working at the spa who was very helpful and kindly provided everything we needed to use the hammam. His attentiveness and willingness to assist were truly appreciated and made our experience much more enjoyable.

Despite mentioning well in advance during the booking that we were celebrating a birthday, no arrangements or acknowledgement were made upon arrival. It was only after we personally communicated with one of the staff members that the necessary arrangements were made. While we appreciate the staff member who eventually assisted us, it was quite disappointing that this was not followed up proactively, especially for a hotel of this brand and standard. A little attention to such special occasions would have made the stay much more memorable.
