Очень хорошее месторасположение. С двух сторон станции метро и рядом есть автобусная остановка. Близко к основным торговым центрам (Зорлу, Оздилек и другие). Завтраки каждый день разнообразные, есть фрукты, орешки, сухофрукты, шведский стол. Есть микроволновка, где можно разогреть готовую еду. Персонал идет на встречу, сделали уборку по нашей просьбе в позднее время, когда ушли уборщики. Убираются каждый день, смена всех полотенец каждый день. Есть мыло, гель для душа, кондиционер, шампунь. Ежедневно приносили 2 бутылки воды и чайные наборы.
Заменить одноразовые бумажные стаканы на стеклянные.

My room was really clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and most importantly i had an early checked in (free of charge) which was really helpful for me to get some rest and to prepare for my tomorrow morning exam.
The hotel doest have its own restaurant, and you need to order your lunch/dinner from somewhere else.

Small boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but with excellent access to nearby malls and the metro. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the Turkish breakfast.
Ramp to use for suitcases at the front would be helpful.

Location is very good, it is in a quite neighborhood and close to markets (Souq) and other attractions
The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bed frame needs to be adjusted or better to tighten its screws.

Perfect location in a Levent area, very close to Gayreteppe metro, nice and quiet place, wonderful and very. helpful staff.
For the Deluxe Suite it was a disappointing to see almost zero dishes (while having a kitchenette), the bed linen quality was not perfect, almost zero door soundproofing.

Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to the metro station and the business district. Big room with kitchen appliances. Pleasant street.
