Hotel THB Flora

As always a great stay! Felt safe & extra security enforced

Doors need maybe new locking system. Our safe wouldn't lock however we didn't report this but i know staff would've tried to sort the issue if we had

The food

I didn't like how the bedroom was in the front via front door and the living room was in the back of the apartments with one chair and a t v this didn't seem right and my apartment had no view apart from kids splash and a shed was disappointed with the room also I didn't like how the kids splash park smelled of cat we i also am amergic to cats and had to spend most of my time away from my apartment even though they clean this most days I wouldn't like to put my kid in there at all.

Nulla

Only stayed one night, wouldn’t be a choice for a longer holiday,

Had a 1at floor suite as was travelling with baby and requested enclosed balcony for safety but was uninformed no lift to 1st floor, was a bit of a mission!
