reception man, was so nice got us excellent rooms with pool view, which made the holiday so amazing all of the staff were so lovely and friendly except for one ( tall lady blond short hair in the bar so rude ) food was good New Year’s Eve was an amazing night there, 10/10 for everything on that night we all loved it apartment was clean and comfy with daily cleaning the entertainment was ok some nights really good fun about 10 minutes walk to old town €3-4 taxi about 20 minutes walk to fariones hotel again about €4 taxi

they turn off the heated pool in January so was very cold blond lady in bar very annoying to all, but she’s from fuerteventura and letted us all know she couldn’t wait to get back home so slight change she be there on my return

The staff, the bar staff, the restaurant hands were top class, Claudia, Marlene, Monica, Manuel, special shout out to Pachi, Said and of course the ever friendly and attentive John. Receptionists were also very friendly thank you Daniel

Room cleaning, so many days the bath towels would be taken as dirty but not replaced and towards the end of the stay even toilet roll was becoming difficult to obtain without a trip to reception to collect Also, the chef's, they could be so miserable, having even watched one sigh when someone asked for a plain omelette. One evening they were making fajitas with a kebab machine and it was obvious that the meat was not being cooked at the bottom of the skewer, it was 5 mins before they noticed and yet they would still shave off the meat as cooked They need to have a head chef visual to keep an eye on things But the worst thing was the guests who hadn't paid for all inclusive still getting free food and drinks, the staff they tried to prevent this, but onlooking paying guests could see what was going on, and on the occasions that a staff member did challenge the non paying guests, they would become aggressive and then just carry on. I was there for 14 nights, the same bunch of non paying guests arrived just after me and were still there when I left, they deserved to have been kicked out. Saying that over the latter part of my stay, I did see them having to pay for more

They were very friendly and the breakfast was really delicious. Very helpful.to us. Location was really good

We had a one bedroom apartment. Great size, comfortable

We went for a all inclusive. The food was awful. Breakfast was ok. Lunch was not good, very little selection. Dinner was awful. We ate out for dinner

Pool nice

Rooms very small. AC not working - they did offer a different room but when we paid on arrival they did not mention it. We had already unpacked - we got a fan. There are two separate parts of the hotel and the top pool does not have a pool bar or restaurant so to use facilities was a bit of a bind. Sun beds really close to rooms and edge of pool. The terrace is not private because of the closeness of their Sun beds. FOOD - cold not one hot meal served. Very very average choice. DRINKS - poor poor poor . Not really near any other life if you wanted to go out and walk.

Great hotel and facilities are really suitable for us. It is at the top of a hill, which may bother some people but suited us perfectly for cycling and going for walks. The site is split into two sides of the road and if you are adults with no kids, always try to get in Flora II as the pool is better and there are no kids.

Since staying here in 2019, there has been a huge influx of stray cats. They do have a habit of pooing in the gravel beds outside the apartments which in turn attracts the flies. They need removed and kept away. Certain guest feeding them does not help the situation.

Reception friendly cleaning staff very friendly.and the cleaners did a great job

The layout of hotel its split in 2 and our stay was across the road from main hotel which u had to use a tunnel or cross the road to get back and from the pool area which wasn't great not much sitting space .also took 5 times of asking to get a iron as there was none left I would expect irons to be available.also hotel is very far away from beach would defo need a taxi up and down.lucky taxis r cheap although the hotel runs a bus aswel 3times a day

The room was tiny ,the door hit off the bed when it was being opened , the wardrobe was two feet from the end of the bed ,it wasn't very clean and the electric sockets were loose in the walls

The hotel was spotless food excellent staff very helpful and friendly would recommend it to all my friends
