Everything was great, we had a fantastic holidays and we will be back again. Hotel is family friendly, but also great for couples. We booked a sea view apartment with own balcony were we could relax in the sun. Food was delicious, breakfast was amazing with loads of options, including Prosecco 😂, dinner (buffet) also fantastic with loads of options. Customer Service excellent, very friendly. Apartments are clean and modern. Close to shops, beach and other restaurants and pubs. Overall we had a great experience 👍

Bedroom little small

Location, modern, plenty of space to find to relax even though hotel fully booked, staff are great and do best to accommodate requests. Entertainment was good with variety of different acts bought in from outside. Evening cocktails were great!

Wi-Fi didn’t work. But, to be fair, we didn’t raise the issue to reception as it didn’t really bother us. Breakfast was inconsistent, i.e hot food was cooked really great one day and not the next

Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotelroom equiped as appartment and was very good. Good shower! Good breakfast. Very good buffet at christmas. Really nice beddings to relax in the non Pool area.

Reallt nice hotel but: Bed too hard. Pool water really too cold. Food often not hot but luke warm (lauw). We put a blanket on the matrass to soften the bed. Regarding the pool: We are swimming at home weekly but this was really very cold and many people complainted about it. Be aware that hotel is on the mountain, some people walk down to city centre and take bus or taxi back.

The holiday went well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good. The young girl organising play and entertainment for children was excellent. I will be booking another next year.

There should be at least one movie channel in english on the TV. tToo many foreign channels.

The food , breakfast was nice but evening food was always lukewarm even if you were there at the start at 7pm .

We were on a half board deal - excluding drinks. this worked really well for us, no noisy drinking parties during the day or night. made for a nice, comfortable family oriented feel. Resort very well kept, extremely comfortable cabana style sun beds, spacious one bed apartment, large balcony overlooking the pool. lovely helpful and happy/smiley staff - made the holiday.

minor niggle but by end of week realised the beds were just a little too hard on old bones. evening buffet food was a little hit and miss. saying that we are out a lot as we enjoy trying different restaurants in the evening but we usually started with a first course before leaving for drinks and mains off site - breakfast was good, plenty of choice
