Breakfast very good
Bathroom although very spacious was rather tired flooring starting to break-up and the shower ( above the bath ) didn’t have them power that one expects nowadays.

Very good location on the seafront. Good parking close to reception and friendly staff.
Very hot room and limited windows that opened. Would be great in the winter.

The staff were all so helpful and kind and genuinely nice people, especially Karen who looked after us with our perfect breakfasts , our room was lovely and room service was perfect. we are looking to return in June next year or around that time and hopefully next time we can get one of the rooms with a balcony, they look lovely.
There was nothing at all to dislike,

The location was good and the staff were really friendly. However, the lady on reception was very dismissive when we asked if the window in our room could be opened.
Our room was overlooking a flat roof and the car park. The windows were painted shut so there was no air. There was a fan but all that did was circulate stale air making me feel unwell.
