Very clean and spacious rooms, lovely bathroom. Good room service meal.
There was a noisy delivery to the front of the hotel between 10-10.30pm, this disturbed my sleep.

Nice rooms. Staff all very good.
Only down side was the reception/bar/restaurant areas are very busy and quiet noisy. Not much in the way of quiet relaxing social spaces. Might just be me getting old though.

Nice revamp - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in bar/ restaurant area. Was good having Starbucks on site to. Rooms lovely
Could do with better tea/ coffee facilities in room. We had three nights there and hadn’t been topped up.

Location, atmosphere
Constant noise from roof mounted extractor fans adjacent to the room, making it difficult to sleep.
