Location is good, close to rail station. And not too far to the beach.

Great stay at Kentmere. Convenient for the railway station. No complaints at all, especially considering the room rate, which is very reasonable. Good communication with hosts and they were super helpful and accommodating.
No complaints from me. The comments on the bathrooms are accurate, but for the cost, I did not consider this a concern.

Excellent friendly host. Very good value price. Located conveniently between station and town centre. Comfortable bed.
The en-suite was very tiny, so the shower curtain clung to me as I was showering. A bit noisy from traffic when window open, but I expect rooms on the back of the property would be quieter.
