The look and feel. Nothing was too much trouble

The sausages at breakfast were very odd and the rest of the cooked breakfast was like warm. Apart from that - everything was amazing. So much choice

The heritage room was renovated and was beautifully decorated with a new modern bathroom.

The corridors and stair ways are very tired and need renovation. The pool is used and very busy by locals and it’s tired.

Comfortable, clean room, excellent tasty breakfast, we didn't eat dinner at the hotel but had a couple of drinks in the pub next door which was lovely

Staff were really nice and helpful, the room was spacious, the overall hotel was really nice and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. The food for breakfast was nice and the hotel overall was quite clean. Ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities, bath mat. Overall nice, relaxing ambience.

The chairs in the room weren't very comfortable. The television was very low, so if you wanted to watch it, you can't be lying down, really, and the protruding headboard on the bed makes it uncomfortable to watch the TV sitting up or just to sit up resting on the bed. The shower room was a little cramped and the shower was quite weak. The tap for the sink was a little difficult to stop as you needed to apply a lot of force to stop it properly. Room got very warm in the evenings, even though it was only 16°c outaide. Had to have the windows wide open. Could do with some air conditioning. Were in Room 174.
