Wentworth House - Free Parking

La colazione con servizio del piatto caldo, la camera con salottino al piano terra in una veranda. Bath facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bus, Prior Park poi vicinissimo in auto!

La pulizia della stanza: moquette macchiata, bagno con sanitari ormai da cambiare.

Off street parking and a good breakfast.

Furnishings and finishes a little dated and in need of a revamp. Location away from the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were greeted by friendly staff and we were also asked what time we'd like breakfast. We had a lovely cooked breakfast as well as a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee and juice. The property is ideal for Bath town centre, it is about a mile and half into the city centre and we walked there ( it's a little uphill on the way back ) and found we stopped off at the Bear Inn to break the journey up for a nightcap, although there is a bar at the property as well. Having the car park was an added bonus as it meant we could just leave our car there. It's also very hand to the Bath Two Tunnels railway line that you can now walk along of which we made the most of this and walked along the railway line both ways, once into the city and once to the viaduct. We also found it really handy to stay here for Brickfields parkrun. There were toiletries in the bathroom and the room was plenty big enough for what we wanted, we also had a nice view from the top floor.

I found the mattress a little hard, but my partner loved it as he likes a firm mattress but really it was hard to find fault with anything as it was perfect for our trip and we'd definitely be back.

A lovely stone house on a hill, quiet with beautiful palms on the front. Nice breakfast room and covered balcony with glass all around. There are more tables and chairs than the number of guests which makes it somewhat difficult to walk through. The breakfast was sumptuous with fried eggs, sausages, bacon, hashed tomatoes, mushrooms and toast. The buffet offered some more food, tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable. The house had a charm which made you forget its downsides.

The narrow staircase with carpeted narrow steps. They compelled you to go up like ducks. The bathroom shower plus sink and wc were very tightly squeezed in. There was no cupboard
