Lovely hotel not far from the station at Penzance. Nice views across the harbour. Lots of nice areas to sit and read or chat outside of the room.
Our room (3) was very hot! We were there in September and although it had been a warm day the room temperature was oppressive. Thankfully there was a window and a fan to use but of course the fan at night gives you a dry throat.
Other than that though it was very good.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, fair facilities
Walls for single rooms are paper thin plasterboard, not ideal when grounds of visitors are having a party in the corridor; £8.95 for a reserved parking spot, was a rip, not in headline price until you'd paid - then when I went to dinner came back and someone was in my 'reserved' place! No sing of the night porter early this morning
