A really wonderful location, with absolutely lovely hosts who were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and you're only a few minutes walk from the stunning seafront with plenty to do in the local area. Breakfast was simple and tasty - just what you need before a day of walking. Would definitely recommend it.

Water pressure was a little low in my room on the top floor, but still good enough for a shower.

Location was ideal, free easy parking directly outside. Breakfast was good - always hot, served quickly and with a smile. Perfect hosts, very proffessional and friendly. Clean and well run guest house to be reccommended!

We were very happy with our room and lovely bathroom. We were well looked after by our friendly, helpful hosts, who provided a lovely breakfast. Dunedin Guest House was in a good location to visit the area.

Breakfast was delicious and I like that we had a choice. Duncan and Shalin were great hosts. They were present whenever they were needed and were extremely helpful. I loved my room, so cozy and yet had everything I needed within easy reach.
