Really friendly staff. Great decor.

Very noisy at night (it was a Saturday night and several pubs were along the street outside our window but the room was quite stuffy so we needed to keep the window open. Also there was only one bedside lamp. Breakfast was adequate but strangely the poached eggs were served on the toast and the butter was presented in packets on the side.

Nice room. Bartender Pru was exceptional in giving excellent restaurant recommendations.

20 minute wait time at check in because staff was unavailable. Restaurant only provided breakfast with limited menu.

Beautiful place. We stayed in the Cottage. It was beautifully decorated. Comfortable, clean, cozy, all the amenities necessary. We also had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Every dish was amazing. Bravo to the Chef! The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment.

Quirky decor, lovely touches, dog friendly, great bathroom!

Garden area a little scruffy - didn’t matter to us as we weren’t using it, but its appearance lets the cottage down in my opinion. As the cottage is separate from the main building it didn’t have quite the same feel as being in the hotel (the hotel rooms are always excellent but there was no availability on our dates). The bathroom is lovely but the toilet is absolutely tiny !
