Fab food at Sindhu and good quality of breakfast items.
Service at the bar incredibly slow with payment machine not working fully. Took 1/2 an hour to pay for 2 drinks.
Service at Sindhu almost too fast as we felt rushed.
Service at breakfast hit and miss depending on where you were seated. Close to the kitchen was good but further away almost ignored.

Excellent location, close to wonderful shops, restaurants, pubs & park. Beautiful views of the Thames & All Saints Church. Staff very friendly & courteous. Rooms extremely comfortable & relaxing. Loved the balcony & hotel was dog friendly too
No complaints.

Brilliant location and dogs are welcome. Hotel looks beautiful from outside but rooms are very dated and scruffy, there was no room service for the 3 nights we stayed, bins not emptied etc, reception staff not very friendly, bar attendance poor, could not get a drink after 11pm.
Service not good, rooms not cleaned, charged for parking at hotel
