The room was really spacious with seating available for relaxation. The rooms were quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was very nice.
Location of the hotel was spot on, short walk to restaurants and amenities in the town but far enough out to enjoy relaxation.
The spa area cleanliness was not good. I saw the same collection of dead flies in the spa area and in the steam room for three days. We also never saw communal areas cleaned, with plaster debris on the main stairs for days.
There was very little and slow bar service.
We would have expected to have a fridge in the room of a four star hotel. They’re common in most hotels.

Location, bedroom comfort, food and staff were all excellent.
The spa was a bit strange in that you had to change in your room and then had to walk downstairs through reception in a robe and slippers. Shower and fully changing facilities would be ideally located within or beside the spa. The spa itself was excellent.

Beautiful place. The bed was really comfy. Very clean. The bathroom was great. The cooked breakfast was excellent!! The dining room staff were nice and friendly!
Very austere receptionist!!
Parking should be free!!
Information in the room would have been welcome!
