The place was clean , friendly , warm, comfortable beds, feather quilts luxury pillows . The breakfast was lovely full English and continental, also fres fruit pastries, fruit juices, cereals all cooked to perfection..
I would highly recommend.
I would of liked a bigger room but that was my fault I should of looked when I booked

Was told breakfast was included at check-in only to be told it wasn’t at checkout. Felt very let down and conned as it was 27 pounds.
Being charged for something that I was told was included

The Staff are very helpful, the location is great for getting into Nottingham by bus. Quiet room, even though it's close to a busy road.
Nothing!
