The hotel's location was very good for visiting Nottingham's visitor attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful.
We had a 2 night stay (Friday and Saturday nights). We were allocated a room at the rear of the hotel. We could not sleep on the first night due to constant music noise from a nearby nightclub. We complained at 02.40 to be told this was a problem which the hotel was trying to resolve. We complained the following morning and were given a room at the front of the hotel which was very much quieter.
On reflection and given that they were aware of the issue we should not have been given a room at the rear of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and comfy bed.
We were on the 8th floor and still unfortunately, we were kept up till 2am as you could hear music and feel the vibration from it at a near by club.
