Decent budget hotel near the centre of Coalville. Coalville not the easiest to get to on public transport, but there's several buses that go from Derby, Hinckley, Leicester, Loughborough etc so doable. Hotel has a restaurant on site, but they don't serve alcohol, so didn't have the dinner, although got some money off vouchers for the biker pub over the road. The breakfast was buffet continental with a custom hot order and was extremely good value. Communal areas and the rooms aren't the most glamorous and have seen better days, but everything was clean, and everything worked as it should. Plenty of towels provided too.
Not a lot, all was fine, just a bit tatty round the edges!

Bed was so comfy. Nice pillows and quilt.
Was clean. Plenty of teabags, milk and biscuits. 2 bottles of water in room as well - nice touch.
Very reasonably priced.
Nothing to dislike

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Fresh towels. Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Large car park.
Very quiet rooms. We slept very well.
The hotel could do with a bit of TLC throughout.
Bathroom could be refurbished. Dated.
Full English breakfast was a bit disappointing without proper bacon nor proper sausage, but tasty.
