The room was nice though basic and could do with an upgrade..
The bathroom was outdated. They really need ceiling fans for the toilets/ shower area.

Comfort and quietness
Some difficulties with regulating the shower hot & cold tap i.e temperature control.
Consider a hand rail in shower recess.

The room was clean and the spa bath was lovely however I have stayed here on a couple of occasions now and think it is overpriced.
You are paying for an Executive room and there is not even a bottle of water included within the room. The Wi-Fi has not worked on both occasions I have stayed at the hotel, despite the staff even resetting their system.

(1) Great location - opposite to the lake/ dock/ beach.
(2) Apartment is spacious and clean.
(3) Bed is comfortable.
(1) Climbing stairs to 3rd floor, not good if have mobility issues.
(2) Ants in kitchen (I think climbing up from kitchen sink drain hole).
(3) Washing machine leaks (pending repair).

The doors opened and closed
No info of what amenities were available for the complex in the room, being the honeymoon suit a couple of bath robes would have been nice, TV-Media worked sporadically, room made up 6 hours after request and still had to be reminded on return, parking a problem with coffee vans and cool rooms blocking corner to the car park
The balcony needs a clean including the long term spider webs in the corner
No mini bar, or info on dining out or order in close by

Near the beach. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
We got the family room. The fourth bed was a pull up sofa bed. It was very hard. The staff was very friendly and put an extra mattress topper

View was great. Everything clean. Lovely, easy walk to supermarket. Very close to shops. Blankets in wardrobe so we were warm and comfortable. We'd been camping so I'd booked a room with laundry facilities which were great. Daughter and I loved pool and spa.
Receptionist wasn't overly friendly.
